Iron Brewer – 2 nd Quarter Results – Keith Linn took 3 rd place, Randy German won representing OZ (traitor?)
Core Brewing Heat Wave Homebrew event scheduled for August 20. This is registered as a BJCP competition.

Keith Linn regaled us with a tale of woe regarding a recent cereal mash brew that went wrong in so many ways
(stuck sparge, dead yeast, dogs and cats living in sin). Opened up a fun general discussion about all kinds of
brewing mishaps.
Brewer of the Month: Larry McAlister, brought several really good beers. Apologies for dissing his Belgian Blonde at Iron
Brewer, but it was seriously better this month.
Ass of the Month: Note, we made Larry McAlister AOM last month for being a no-show but apparently he almost died of
syphilis, or something like that. Sorry, not. This month we voted for James, because where the hell is he?
