Subcommittees
- Website migration and update: Ric Bailey gave an update on GiveCamp and said they would be meeting with them this weekend to discuss the club’s website needs.
- Club awareness: James Harvey is waiting on the new website so a QR code to the new landing page can be put in the AHA flyers.
- Volunteering: the club is still looking for opportunities for members to volunteer with other charities.
Christmas Party
- Per James Harvey, OZ is inviting FLOPS to join their Christmas party
- Private event at The Fermentary on Sunday, Dec 7th at 2pm. Families are welcome.
- There will be a potluck signup for members to bring sides. Main dishes will be provided.
- Members are welcome to bring beer to share.
- There will be a dirty Santa; entries should be $15 or more in beer
- Discussed each club donating $150 of merch to raffle off and agreed to award credit for merch instead.
- Discussed each club donating 2–3 Anuway brew kits and agreed to award credit for the kits instead.
Bog Brew Day Big Blimp! Barleywine
- Weiz Guys BBD Competition
- Clubs have submitted together as a single entry, with Randy Germann’s version representing FLOPS and Lewie Lewis’ version representing OZ
- Fossil Cove Release
- November 1st
- The club is looking for volunteers to be at Fossil Cove in the 11am–3pm window.

- The club needs members’ AHA numbers to submit for the club insurance discount.
