Two Row Malt  6.50 lb (44%)
Light Munich 3.25 lb (22%)
Flaked Wheat 20% 3.00 lb (20%)
Rye Malt 2.00 lb (14%)

Sugars: 10 ounces Lyles Golden Syrup or similar light Belgian syrup

Hops and Spices
Galena (11.7% AA)  25.0 grams for 60 minutes (28 IBU calculated)
Styrian Goldings (2.5% AA) 25.0 grams 15 minutes (4 IBU calculated)
Styrian Goldings (2.5% AA) 25.0 grams Flame Out (1 IBU calculated)
Coriander Seed, Crushed, 25.0 grams Flame Out
 
Yeast
Wyeast 3711 French Saison yeast or your favorite Saison yeast
Use acidulated malt or other acid to adjust mash pH as necessary.
